

The School of Humanities and Sciences is Stanford’s largest school, with more than 500 faculty of distinction. Many H&S faculty are of national and international renown, including Nobel laureates, Pulitzer Prize Winners, MacArthur Fellows, and many members of the national scholarly academies. Each of the 500 tenure-line faculty members in H&S has appointments in one or more of the school’s 28 departments.
