Ramón Saldívar, the Hoagland Family Professor of Humanities and Sciences and a professor of English and of Comparative Literature, has been honored with the Award for Lifetime Scholarly Achievement by the Modern Language Association. Saldívar is a scholar of Chicano/a Studies and narrative form.
