Caroline Winterer, the William Robertson Coe Professor in History and American Studies and professor in the Department of History, has been honored with the Stanford Alumni Association's 2026 Richard W. Lyman Award. The award is given each year to a faculty member who demonstrates extraordinary service to Stanford alumni. Winterer is recognized for her dedication to sharing her scholarship through a variety of engaging programs.
